Employee Policy

1. Code of Conduct

All employees are expected to maintain professionalism, respect colleagues, and uphold the integrity of VNest Technologies. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Working Hours

Our standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be granted depending on project needs and individual roles.

3. Remote Work Policy

Employees may work remotely upon approval. Regular updates and availability during working hours are mandatory for all remote employees.

4. Leave Policy

Employees are entitled to casual, sick, and paid leaves as per the company's leave structure. All leaves must be requested and approved in advance through the official channel.

5. Confidentiality

All internal data, client information, and company assets must be treated as confidential. Breach of confidentiality will lead to disciplinary action or termination.

6. Use of Company Property

Company equipment, tools, and systems must be used responsibly and only for official purposes. Misuse will result in penalties or replacement costs.

7. Termination & Resignation

A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for resignation. Termination due to performance or policy violations may be immediate based on severity.

8. Feedback & Grievances

Employees are encouraged to report issues, give feedback, or raise concerns directly to HR or the management team. We maintain an open-door policy.
